I expect the owner would sell barge for $ 1.1 million "as is. where is" or for $ 1.6 million w/ fresh docking and newe ABS certs.


Note this bargenwas built as double hull vessel prior to the US coast guard mandate OPA '90'requiring all vessels carrying petroleum cargoes to be of double hull construction.

However, the barge does not meet international standards as a dbl hull vessel as the distance between the inner and outerhulls is less thatn that required. the USA has grandfathered such vessels to allow them to continue working. We are not sure if this would be a problem in other countries.
